Young Historian Award
Solly Worth has won The Nottingham Young Historian Award, which was started this year for Nottingham City Primary School children to encourage interest in local history.
Solly was the overall winner, as well as the winner for Haydn Primary School. He wrote an interpretative essay about the Luddite movement, which started in Nottingham.
He went to the Council House where he was presented with his awards by The Lord Mayor. We are all very proud of him!
