Capturing The Spirit, Remembering The Losses

This coming Sunday 11th November at 3.30pm - a special Act of Remembrance at NLS.

100 years since the guns fell silent

This year at NLS we will be holding a very special Act of Remembrance to commemorate the end of World War I.

The innovative and thought provoking format for this event will include poetry, readings, reflections and songs, reminding us of the futility of war and the lives lost.

We very much hope that you will come along and show your full support on this very significant and unique occasion.

We will be welcoming all Jews to join us, as well as a number of non Jewish guests, including the Lord Mayor, the Sheriff, Lord Lieutenant, Chris Leslie our local MP, the Police and Crime Commissioner, ministers and others from the wider community

There will be an afternoon tea following the event.
